WELCOME II – Promoting the return of researchers to the European Research Area
De Portugese Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (Foundation for Science and Technology) lanceert op 1 oktober het programma WELCOME II. Dat haalt onderzoekers van Europese nationaliteit die werkzaam zijn in niet-Europese landen terug naar de Portugese gastinstellingen, op basis van een driejarig contract .
De eerste oproep loopt van 1 oktober 2010 tot 12 december 2010.
