Earth observation info day, Brussels, 15/01/2007
De infodag Earth observation is een initiatief van de Management of natural resources unit van de EC-DG RTD om achtergrond en duiding te brengen bij Sub-Activity 6.4.1 'Earth and ocean observation systems and monitoring methods for the environment and sustainable development' van Theme 6 'Environment'. Topics zijn:
- integration of European activities within Global Earth Observation (GEO)
- cross-cutting research activities relevant to GEO
- earth observation activities in emerging areas
- developing capacity building activities in the domain of earth observation in developing countries
Deelnemers krijgen praktische informatie, kunnen vragen stellen en netwerken.
Deelname is gratis. De 180 beschikbare plaatsen worden toegewezen op een first come first serve basis. Aankondiging, agenda en registratieformulier staan op het web.
